How we run it

Retail fit-outs live on brand consistency and opening dates. Hospitality fit-outs live on services coordination and joinery finish quality. Commercial workplace fit-outs live on acoustic performance and base-building coordination. We run each differently, because they are different, but all three share the same discipline: program-first, documentation as standard, a director on the detail.

Base-building coordination. On tenancy fit-outs, the landlord's PM and the base-building team become critical stakeholders. We turn up ready for that conversation.

Joinery interface. Our carpenters work cleanly with joinery subbies, template, setout, and install coordination so the joinery lands perfectly against our carpentry.

Out-of-hours capacity. Trading-centre fit-outs and operating-venue renovations often need after-hours work. We resource for it when the scope requires.

Every quote includes scope, exclusions, program with hold points, and a payment schedule tied to milestones, so you know exactly what you're getting and when you're paying for it. Do you take on small fit-out scopes in Melbourne?
Yes, if it's a fit with our program and resourcing. A 150m² retail fit-out with a sharp opening date is often a better scope for us than a large carpentry-light job. We've delivered fit-outs from around 100m² up to full floor tenancies.

Do you do after-hours fit-out work?
Yes, where the scope requires. Trading-centre fit-outs, operating-venue renovations, landlord after-hours restrictions, we resource specifically for those programs and have worked nights and weekends on live-trading sites.

What about base-building approvals and landlord requirements?
We work alongside your project manager on base-building approvals, method statements, and certifier sign-offs. We don't run those approvals for you, but we turn up ready to comply, landlord-approved method, insurance certs, inductions, the lot.
