What we're looking for.

  • Carpenters — qualified, with a few years under the belt. First-fix structural through to second-fix finish. Reading drawings properly is non-negotiable.
  • Leading hands & foremen — you can run a crew on-site, own the program, and talk to a head contractor without needing a director to step in.
  • Formworkers — experienced on vertical and horizontal formwork, can set out from engineer's drawings and run a small formwork crew.
  • Skilled labourers — switched on, good attitude, happy to learn. We promote from within where it makes sense.
  • Apprentices — occasional intake. If you're serious about the trade, send through your details and we'll let you know when we're taking apprentices on.

Full-time work, paid properly.

Directly employed. Our lads are on the books full-time — not casual labour hire, not sub-contracted per job. PAYG, super paid on time, annual leave, sick leave, the lot. If you want stability and a team you actually work with every week, that's us.

Quality jobs. Architect-led residential, multi-residential developments, tier-2 and tier-3 commercial carpentry. No rubbish jobs, no rushed cowboy stuff — we run work we can be proud of.

Directors on site. Jack, Conor and Alex are on the tools and on-site regularly. Problems get sorted the same day. Wages don't disappear. Safety isn't a PDF in a folder.

Progression where you want it. Labourer to carpenter, carpenter to leading hand, leading hand to foreman — if you put the work in, we'll back you. Most of our foremen came up through our own crew.

The basics.

  • Valid Construction Induction (White Card)
  • Trade qualification where relevant (Cert III Carpentry or equivalent for carpenters)
  • Own reliable transport — most of our work is spread across Melbourne
  • Own basic tools (carpenters) — we cover the rest
  • Right to work in Australia
  • A decent attitude on-site — with the crew, the head contractor, and the client
