The scope. Wall and roof framing including truss set-down, bracing to engineer's specification, and the roof carpentry through to ready-for-roofer.
Roofs are where geometry bites. Armadale's heritage streetscape means roof forms that are rarely a simple gable. Hips, valleys, changes in pitch and setdowns all have to resolve to the drawings, and any error in the wall frame below shows up as a roof that will not close out.
Truss set-down. Trusses arrive engineered but they still have to be set, braced and tied down to specification before the certifier will sign the frame. We coordinate directly with the truss supplier so the delivery matches the sequence the crew is working to.
