The scope. Site preparation, receiving and rigging the modules, crane lift and set, blocking and levelling, tie-down, and the finish carpentry required to complete the building once the modules are in position.
Lift day is the whole program. A modular install compresses months of conventional build into a single day on the crane. Everything upstream — set-out accuracy, footing levels, access, rigging plan — either works on lift day or costs a return visit. There is no scope for improvisation with a crane on hire.
Regional delivery. Ballarat is a regional install, which means crew, plant and materials all have to arrive coordinated. We resource regional work as a planned mobilisation rather than a day trip.
